We had booked executive and only got the smaller superior on the second floor, which we had to request including snacks and drinks as well as slippers. The pool is only open until 19.30, you cannot use it on the day of departure, it opens at 10.30 and checkout is at 11. The TV didn't work either. Breakfast at a reasonable price.

Impressed by the classic room with a spacious bathroom and the nice pool area.

Ideal as a stopover, near Bologna and Modena. Great pool area and very nice staff! Everything perfectly cared for!

Prices for drinks do not invite you to stay longer at the bar!

Location, without a car it is very annoying place

The room had a fancy and airy feel, equipped with a mini-bar, central heating, and an electronic key card.

Clean and spacious rooms. The staff was very nice and mostly spoke good English. The breakfast was sufficient and the pool was always clean. The air conditioning in the rooms worked great.

The hotel is located on the edge of Zola Predosa, more in the industrial area. There are two noisy streets not far from the hotel, but you cannot hear them with closed windows.

We arrived at the Hotel at midnight, I asked if they had a garage-I was taken immediately in - I was extremely surprised that my car went down the ramp without scraping the bottom of the car. Well done to the Hotel owners that have taken in consideration that expensive sport cars need to be able to access the garage. (it's not a small issue). The room was new and very clean. Very good value for money-I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

The spacious and bright room with air conditioning was a great place to stay for one night, and the hotel's location near the city center of Bologna was fantastic.

Very nice contemporary design with attention to details. Free wireless and a fast one as well. Cosy rooms, quite sound proof except for the aircondition shafts. The staff was polite to provide me with a room with extra long bed - 2,1m.

A bit of organisational problems - kitchen closed for supper due to the cook being ill. Good thing I was not too eager to have dinner. And I could hear people taking shower as the air condition shaft was not soundproof. Actually I woke at 5am wondering why haven't I closed the shower tap in my bathroom and found that the noise was coming from the air-con.

The bed was very comfortable!

Breakfast/ We were very disappointed on the breakfast. The service at the breakfastroom was no good. Several times the staff didn´t take care if anything was missing. The staff worked in a very uneffective way. The breakfast on sunday morning (4 of dec.) was really a big mess! There were a lot of people and a lot of missing things on the breakfast buffé.It was not nice at all as a guest. I recommend you to give your staff some training in service, customer focus and how to work in a effective way. Temperature/ The temperature was not easy to change in the room. I recommend you to have instructions to the guests.
